Refunds & Exchanges

To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
  • What you'd like (exchange or refund)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that digital products are non-refundable once the order is processed and delivered. This includes downloadable content, digital templates, and other electronically delivered products.
We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We kindly ask that all customers review their orders carefully before completing the checkout process to ensure that all details, such as item selection, quantities, sizes, and shipping information, are correct. Once an order is placed, any changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our prompt fulfillment process.

If you need to return an item, please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
